In the interview, David detailed the motivation and basis for focusing on the niche of high-end European-style villas through 25 Degrees.
He explained that many high-net-worths are moving to Dubai and looking for spacious villa homes built to European specifications and standards. Having noticed these in short supply, he decided there was space for VONROSEN to own this niche through what became 25 Degrees.
"We want everything in each of our villas, down to the stone, to be a conversation starter."

In the wide-ranging interview, David also explains how one of VONROSEN's earliest ventures, a fashion label also named VONROSEN, came to find Steve Jobs wearing one of the label's turtleneck sweaters on stage as he first unveiled iCloud to millions of people.
