Resilience Media has covered Tytan Technologies’ new partnership with Axon’s Dedrone division, aimed at expanding its “drone wall” capabilities and delivering a more comprehensive counter-UAV defence solution. Tytan is a VONROSEN investment.
The collaboration brings together Tytan’s kinetic interceptor systems with Dedrone’s AI-powered sensor fusion technology, enabling an end-to-end approach to detecting, tracking, identifying, and neutralising hostile drones across a wider range of UAV classes, weights, and altitudes.
The partnership follows growing demand for Tytan’s systems, including a recently reported major contract with the German government to supply the Bundeswehr with interceptor drones, ground stations, and software designed to counter reconnaissance and strike UAVs.
As defence buyers increasingly seek integrated, scalable solutions, the deal highlights a broader shift toward ecosystem-based collaboration among defence technology startups, positioning Tytan to address unified airspace security challenges with greater speed and technological depth.
