25 Degrees achieves record $48 million luxury villa sale on Palm Jumeirah

01 September 2025

Semafor has reported that VONROSEN's Dubai-based luxury property developer 25 Degrees achieved a record-breaking US$48 million sale of a renovated Signature Villa on Palm Jumeirah. The transaction, managed by Sotheby’s International Realty, marks the highest recorded sale for a Signature Villa on the island.

The 10,900-square-foot villa, with sunset views over the Palm, represents 25 Degrees’ second consecutive record-breaking deal. It follows last year’s US$17 million sale of a renovated Garden Home, which set a new benchmark for luxury property on the Palm.

“Demand for ultra-luxury property in Dubai is red hot – and shows no signs of cooling down. But what this latest sale underscores is that buyers aren’t simply chasing headline-grabbing extravagance. They’re looking for genuine quality and craftsmanship, and they’re willing to pay for it."

Dr. David von Rosen, co-founder of 25 Degrees

Founded in 2023 by David von Rosen, 25 Degrees focuses on developing best-in-class properties for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. The company’s leadership team includes Development Director Joe Chamberlin, formerly Middle East Regional Director at leading design studio 1508 London.

The sale comes soon after 25 Degrees’ acquisition of a US$100 million plot on Palm Jumeirah and its partnership with award-winning architectural firm Killa Design. With an ambition to deliver 100 properties in the region by 2030, the company is setting new standards in Dubai’s fast-growing luxury property market.
