The National has covered the acquisition of a prime undeveloped land plot on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah by VONROSEN's luxury property developer 25 Degrees. The Dh365 million ($99.4 million) purchase is the highest-value land deal recorded on the island this year.
The 90,000 square foot plot is located at the tip of a frond, offering 120 metres of private beachfront. 25 Degrees plans to construct five ultra-luxury villas on the site, including a double-sized flagship villa, with the goal of achieving a record-breaking sale.
David von Rosen highlighted the exclusivity of the location, noting its uninterrupted sea views and open-air surroundings. The project will target ultra-high-net-worth individuals seeking super-prime beachfront living.
“Securing an undeveloped plot of land on the Palm is already a genuine rarity – let alone a spot at the tip of the frond, surrounded by sea views and open air. This is the height of exclusivity.”
David von Rosen, Co-Founder of 25 Degrees
The story underscores 25 Degrees' rapid growth and continued drive to become Dubai's leading and most trusted provider of ultra-luxury villa properties.
