VONROSEN's Dubai-based super-prime property developer's launch was reported on in a press release for Zawya.
The release reported that 25 Degrees’ first property, which was completed in January 2024, is a 5,800-square-foot private beach villa that was listed on the market at $16.9 million. And that the developer’s next two properties will be larger private beach villas, sitting at 10,500 square feet.
The article also noted 25 Degrees' unique and strategic focus on units in more mature, attractive and desirable communities such as Palm Jumeirah, as opposed to newer apartment-led areas where much of the investment in Dubai's property market is currently channeled.
David von Rosen is quoted in the article, commenting on the mission and motivation behind the founding of VONROSEN: to cater to the growing influx of high-net-worth individuals from the US and Europe to Dubai. He explained that these individuals seek best-in-class homes built to high European standards - something in short supply in Dubai.

Our first property, a private beach villa, hit the market in January 2024 and will be followed by two larger private beach villas later in the year. Our sole focus is now on scaling the business to hit our ambitious target of selling 100 homes by 2030 in the wider region.
