David von Rosen authored an article arguing that while Dubai's real estate market is thriving thanks to an influx of high-net-worth individuals, the city still needs to work to attract US investors.
By attracting US investors, David claimed that the Emirate could spark an incoming wave of investment as international financiers and entrepreneurs follow the US capital in, cementing Dubai’s position as a global real estate superpower.
He advised that to succeed in attracting US investors, Dubai should first market its lifestyle offerings, including its cultural center, desert spots, and world-class F&B scene.
David also recommended building partnerships with American wealth advisors, who can build relationships between Dubai developers and US investors. In addition to this, he advised Dubai's developers and realtors to cater to American residential habits and tastes directly by building US-style suburban houses.
"While prices are soaring, there’s still work to be done to cement Dubai’s place in the higher echelon of global real estate markets."
